LoopStruck
A countdown appears: reach the far door before it hits zero.
You will not make it on the first try.
When the countdown expires you snap back to the start — but the room does
not reset with you. Every object you touched last run now moves by itself,
at the exact same second it moved before. The shelf you tipped tips itself.
The cart you shoved rolls again, on schedule, whether or not you are
standing in its way.
Your past runs become part of the level. The real skill is failing on
purpose: spend one countdown arranging the room, then execute the next.
Escape all six rooms in as few loops as you can. Beat par for 3 stars.
Controls (paste into page body or the controls section)
- A / D or ← / — move
- W / Space / ↑— jump (press again mid-air for a double jump; walls refresh it)
- Shift— sprint
- Q / K— dash
- E / F — interact: tip, shove, or release the nearest object
Keyboard only. No installation — the Windows build is a single .exe.
Jam fields
- Theme: Countdown — the countdown is the recorder: everything you do is
timestamped against it, and those timestamps are what replay next loop.
Losing the countdown is how you make progress.
- Team: 2 (code + art). All code, art and audio made during the jam.
